Toledo Ranks 5th Most Affordable City

The Toledo Region is a great place to live, work, and play, and was recognized recently as a Top City for Grads. In another SmartAsset report, Toledo ranks #5 in a study of the largest 300 cities in the country.

In a nation where 46% of renters are spending more than 30% of their hard earned income on housing expense, finding an affordable city is hard to do.  Beating South Bend, IN and Green Bay, WI to earn a top spot, Toledo is a great place for families and young professionals to find affordable housing, leaving income leftover to enjoy the Region’s top attractions!
